There are lots more options on-line for swimwear in plus-sizes than off, and the good news is we're really starting to see a lot of younger and fresher styles.
If you are dramatically different in size from top and bottom, think about buying tankini tops and bottoms that can be purchased separately to create your own look. Some shops with this option in plu-sizes included Lands End and Target.
Younger, fresher styles can be found in spots like Swimsuits for All, Always for Me, Old Navy, Torrid...... and the list goes on.

You could try alwaysforme.com, take a look at that Tummy Tamers range, or perhaps you could choose a bust enhancer style to even up your top and bottom.
swimsuitsforall.com have a large range of one piece plus size swimsuits. Or you could choose a top from their women's range, they go up to a size 16 B/C cup and bottoms from their plus size range, choose a high waisted bottom to cover your tummy.
Depending how much smaller you are in the bust area compared to your hips, it really would be much more flattering to choose a separate top with soft foam cups as these will give support and defintion to your bust and so balance you out.
